Ingredients – Crumble
1/4 cup Cubed butter (salted)
Ingredients- Blueberry Muffin
1 1/2 cup All purposed flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup Vegtable Oil
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup blueberries
Method – Crumble
1. Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4
cup butter.
2. Mix with fork then hands until crumbly.
3. Set aside in fridge.
4. Sprinkle over muffins before baking.
Method – Muffin
1. Preheat oven to 180/200 degrees C.
2. Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners.
3. Combine 1 1/2 cups flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt
and baking powder.
4. Place vegetable oil into a measuring cup; add
egg, vanilla essence and milk and mix well.
5. Mix this with flour mixture until even batter.
6. Fold in blueberries.
7. Fill batter uo to 3/4 of muffin cups right to the
and sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven,
or until done.
