1000 gms Frozen strawberries
1. Over medium heat, add frozen strawberries and sugar and melt them.
2. Stiring constantly so that sugar will not burn at the bottom.
3. Use a potatoe masher or back or spoon/fork to mesh the strawberries.
4. Simmer until sauce thickens. Should not be too runny. If runny, continue until thickens.
5. If strawberries are still chucky, you can blend it.
6. Leave it to cool before enjoying it.
