1 to 2 sprigs of Curry Leaves
4 pips garlic (fine chopped)
300gms heavy cream
2 tsp Paprika
1 tbs chili flakes
1 chili padi / red chili (optional)
1 tbs chicken stock powder / 1 cube
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp sugar
Black pepper to taste
1. Melt butter, add garlic, fresh chili and fry.
2. Add curry leaves, chili flakes & paprika.
3. Pour in cream and clams. Cover pot to let it simmer for 2 to 4 minutes.
4. Add salt, sugar and black pepper to taste. Serve hot and garlic bread!
