METHOD 1. Cut apples into cubes 2. Lightly toss with brown sugar 3. Pile into a lightly buttered ovenproof dish 4. Spoon over water 5. Cut butter into small cubes 6. Rub lightly into shifted flour with fingertips 7. Stir in sugar, cinnamon 8. Spread over apple's evenly 9. Bake for 40 to 50 mins - 180c 10. Serve with ice cream
