Serving : 4 pax Preparation : 15 mins Cooking Time : 2 hours
INGREDIENTS
300gms Pork Belly (Cubed to 0.5 inches) 6 pips Garlic (fine chop) 500gms Water 1 tbps Black Sauce (Add more if you want it darker) 1 tsp Soy Sauce 1 tsp Salt
METHOD
- In pan boil some water to scald the pork cubes so that it doesn’t have too much of a porky smell. Drain all the hot water and set aside.
- In another pan, fry the garlic until fragrant. Add the pork cubes in and mix well.
- Add in water, black sauce, salt and soya sauce. Simmer in low heat for at least 1 hour, checking occasionally so that the sauce will not be burnt.
- Simmer until gravy is at least 1/4 of the pot so that you will have enough gravy to sauce your rice.
- Serve hot!
